National Airlines
| National Airlines | 1949 | $32.99 | |||
|
A very unusual set of silver plated flatware from National Airlines. The basic pattern is well-known, however it is more commonly seen with no topmark, and the word "National" stamped on the reverse. These items are decorated with a single, five-pointed star, and inside the star is the letter "N." We believe this design was likely placed into service with the advent of National's DC-6 "Star" service, inaugurated in 1949. Quite unusual, and in extremely fine condition. Great memorabilia from the "Airline of the Stars." |
SOLD | ||||
| National Airlines | 1970 | $17.99 | |||
A silver plated fork, knife, and spoon from International Silver for National Airlines. A simple but attractive pattern, each piece is stamped "National" on the reverse. Showing use, but plating excellent on all three pieces. |
SOLD | ||||
| National Airlines | 1970 | $27.99 | |||
Gorgeous, three-piece set of flatware, produced for the airline by International Silver. The condition of these three pieces is truly excellent, and they appear almost new. Wonderful examples. |
SOLD | ||||
| National Airlines | 1979 | $18.99 | |||
|
We believe this flatware by THC to have been manufactured for National as it is so clearly marked "NAL," including the knife blade. Stainless steel with a textured crosshatch pattern on the handles. |

Northwest Airlines
| Northwest Airlines | 1960 | $19.99 | |||
A great, three piece setting of silver plated flatware from Northwest. The logo which appears dates these items as of 1960's vintage. Showing minor signs of use and table wear, but still excellent. |
SOLD | ||||
| Northwest Airlines | 1968 | $49.99 | |||
International Silver Co. manufactured this silver plated bread tray for Northwest Airlines in 1968. Excellent condition, showing only some small dings along the bottom edge and rim as one might expect. Plating excellent. Stamped "NWA" on the reverse. Another "ready-for-your-table" item! |
|||||
| Northwest Airlines | 1968 | $16.99 | |||
A nice three piece setting of silver-plated flatware from Northwest. The logo which appears was in use during the 1960's. The knife in this particular setting is a bit narrower and lighter than those we have seen bearing the same logo, so we must assume it to be a later item. Showing minor signs of use and table wear- the finish on the knife handle shows some minor pitting, but is otherwise very good. Getting hard to find! |
|||||
| Northwest Airlines | 1980 | $7.99 | |||
The "Minneapolis" pattern on this bowl from Northwest. At the time of listing we have a number available, manufactured by either ABCO or Rackett, and backstamped either "Northwest Airlines" or Northwest Orient." Near-mint condition. |

Pan Am
| Pan Am | 1960 | ||||
|
Gorgeous china from Noritake for Pan Am, in a pattern referred to as "Presidential," "President," or "President's Special." The pattern features an eagle in gold, encircled by a ring of thirteen light blue-grey stars. A matching blue-grey line decorates the rim. Used in cabin service in the late 1950's through the early 1960's. High-quality china, and exceptionally attractive! |
|||||
| Pan Am | 1960 | $24.99 | |||
|
A very nice example of the Pan Am "President Special" menu. The menu covers featured a series of famous clipper ships, with the vessel's history described on the reverse. The menu selection was printed on a separate sheet of parchment, and bound to the cover with a gold silk cord. The cord has pulled slightly into the spine on this example, otherwise excellent condition. |
SOLD | ||||
| Pan Am | 1960 | $32.99 | |||
|
A three piece setting of flatware from International Silver Co. for Pan Am. Marked on the reverse: PAA Exclusive; the globe logo appears topmarked on each of the three items, interestingly in three slightly different sizes - the spoon having the smallest logo and the knife, the largest. Very nice condition, with some minor wear to the plating. |
|||||
| Pan Am | 1969 | $39.99 | |||

This is a wonderful silver plated cream pitcher from International Silver for Pan American Airways. The design is simple; undecorated "60's Modern." The 8 ounce capacity pitcher is marked "PAA" on the base in addition to the manufacturer's information and date code. Showing only expected signs of use and a few minor scratches. The plated finish is excellent. A great Pan Am item for your table! |

Saturn Airways
| Saturn Airways | 1970 | $3.99 | |||
|
A very unusual swizzle from Saturn Airways! Whatever one chose to spear with this fork-end pick would certainly stay impaled, as the tines have rather dangerous looking serrated edges! The airline's name and logo appears in silver, and is very slightly worn on this example, but clearly visible. A rare one, as swizzles go! |

Southwest Airlines
| Southwest Airlines | 1980 | $0.99 | |||
An orange cocktail swizzle with an open heart at the top. Not otherwise marked, but seeing as we are here in Dallas we can safely say that these are from Herb Kelleher's famed Southwest Airlines. A delight! |
|||||
| 13434 | Southwest Airlines | date | $44.99 | ||
A set of four, double rocks tumblers or "Old Fashioned" glasses with heavily weighted bases, featuring the airline's name. The vertical stabilizer logo replaces the "A" of "Airlines", and "Love That Spirit" beneath. The glasses are in near-mint condition with the exception of what looks like minute scratches 1" below the logo. These appear on each glass, and are absolutely identical in shape and location, in relation to the logo. We must assume that these were caused by the machinery responsible for applying the logo or holding the glasses in place during the process. This is barely noticeable and certainly falls into the category of a manufacturing flaw. However, we thought it best to mention it in our effort to describe every item as completely as possible! Though we have listed these as a set of four, eight are available at the time of listing, and we would be happy to offer you a deal on the entire group! |
|||||
| Southwest Airlines | 1985 | $8.99 | |||
A tall wine stem from Southwest, featuring the vertical stabilizer "Love That Spirit" logo. As far as airline glassware goes, this is quite a large piece. Showing a couple of scratches, but the logo and lettering are very nice. |

TAP - Air Portugal
| TAP - Air Portugal | 1970 | $12.99 | |||
A neat, small plate from TAP - Air Portugal. The narrow rim is decorated with a deep cobalt band, and is interesting in design as it slopes downward toward the outer edge of the plate. Manufactured by SPAL of Portugal, and in near-mint condition. |
|||||
TWA
| 13373 | TWA | 1960 | $24.00 | ||
We were more than thrilled to be able to acquire one dozen of these magnificent Irish damask linen napkins from TWA. Each is unused, measuring 20" x 24", and still bearing a paper "Made in Ireland" label. The design is quite elegant, featuring TWA on an oval globe which is surrounded by an olive wreath and four stars - one would guess indicating "four star" service. This logo is repeated four times in a square formation near center. There is also a 2", solid, bordering band placed 1¼" from the outer edge. We regret that we will be unable to adequately image the fine damask pattern of these beautiful napkins. They are truly magnificent, in perfect condition, and ready for your formal dining room! Priced individually, we will be very happy work with anyone interested in a set of four, six, eight, or the complete set of twelve. Don't let these get away! |
|||||

United Airlines
| United | 1956 | $18.99 | |||
A deep, 6" long casserole from Hall, backstamped "UAL". This item is identical in form to the dark blue, top marked casseroles used in the late 1940's and early 1950's. We haven't found a reference to this particular item in this color, but we assume it to be a bit later. The digital image has washed out the color a bit, but the piece is indeed glazed a pastel blue on the exterior - a tone which varies a bit between examples. Condition is near-mint. |

| United | 1970 | ||||
A wonderful, three piece set of silver plate flatware from International Silver. These items show use, but are in very nice condition with excellent plating. Classic 1970's design from United. It seems that this basic design was altered slightly over time, the handles becoming slightly broader at the ends, and a bit less tapered. The difference between the two is subtle, but the variation will be noted on the item listing page. Check for odd items as well as sets available in this pattern. |
