As the result of an overseas assignment, Half-Doll Heaven.com will be closed until further notice. At the request of our friends and clients, the website will remain online for reference purposes for the present time. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept and process orders during our absence. 1) We sell all items on a first come basis, therefore all catalogue items are subject to prior sale.

2) We guarantee the authenticity of our items. We do not sell reproductions.

3) All prices are listed in U.S. currency.

4) Packages destined for addresses within the United States will be sent via USPS Priority Mail Insured unless an alternate carrier is requested. Charges will apply to your order dependant upon the size and weight of your package. When placing an order by mail, please phone or email to obtain the actual shipping rates prior to sending your payment

All orders under $25.00 are subject to a $2.50 handling charge, in addition to postage.

5) Please do not request that we submit false documentation regarding the actual value of merchandise, or the nature of the shipment. We realize that taxes and tariffs on international shipments can be expensive, however penalties for evading taxes can be even more costly, especially when they jeopardize our ability to remain in business!

6) The buyer is responsible for insurance on all items. Postal insurance rates are minimal, and certainly worth it! A majority of our items are irreplaceable, and we cannot be held responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged during shipping.

7) We do not ship items C.O.D.

8) Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. If ordering by mail, please allow for time in transit for your payment as well as for your merchandise. We do schedule buying trips throughout the year, and may be away from the office for extended periods. Please check our "Announcements" page for these dates. Orders submitted while we are away will be processed immediately upon our return.

9) Payment by check or money order, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. We do accept money orders purchased through BidPay, put we do not accept PayPal. Please do not send cash.

10) Please include item numbers and descriptions with your order, and use our print-out order form when ordering by mail.

11) All items are in excellent condition, unless otherwise specified.

12) Where multiple items are listed, price is per item unless otherwise specified.

13) Full refund within 7 days of receipt of items if not fully satisfied.*

14) Returned items must be insured for their full value.

15) Texas residents must add sales tax.

* We go to great lengths to accurately describe our items, including any apparent flaws, or signs of wear. If, for any reason, you feel we have misrepresented an item, please return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.

Our "On Hold" Policy

We will gladly place any item on hold for a period of 10 days upon receipt of an email or telephone confirmation of your intent to purchase. Should payment not arrive within 10 days, the item will returned to inventory. We make every attempt to keep our site up-to-date, but please do not hesitate to inquire about any item which appears as "On Hold" in our catalogue.
