union ss co. item detail
Pattern description: This pattern consists of a large, monochrome blue image of the line's house flag, measuring nearly 1¼". Though a bit difficult to make out in the image, the letters: "U S S" and "Co" appear on the flag. The rim is decorated with a very deep cobalt line, which appears nearly black. This line is bordered on either side by narrow gold lines. (The cup features gold lines on the handle as well). Additional decoration is an Art Nouveau chain of draped beads and flowers in brown, with hand-applied turquoise details. The flowers are spaced at approximately 2½" intervals.
Pattern notes: This pattern appears as a stock pattern (without the flag) and is named "Sheraton" by the manufacturer.
