hapag item detail
Pattern description: This plate features a very pale grey matte finish which covers all but a 2½" diameter circle of gloss white at the center. A thin gold line separates the grey from the white, and the rim is lined gold as well. The line's fouled anchor logo appears at center, and measures 1½" in height.
Pattern notes: This particular item is backstamped: "With compliments of....", and was undoubtedly a service plate meant to be taken home! We have seen other items matching this pattern, indicating that it was indeed used in the on-board service.
