Unidentified Topmarks - Eagle

An
interesting topmark and decoration from Syracuse. Alternating black
and rust colored laurel, placed (on the demi cup) both inside and
out. Within the cup, the wreath is broken once by the placement of
an heraldic crest, which consists of a pair of black eagles, a
shield, and a crown. Body color is Syracuse's "Old Ivory."
