featuring an elaborate and intricately detailed border and vignette
center. All decoration is transfer print in blue on white body. Circa
1940's.
Notes: Some early examples of this pattern feature a custom
backstamp consisting of a miniature vignette with the pattern name
and: "Engraved from the original plates 1832." This
pattern can also be found in red transfer print. |
