Pattern Description: Undecorated tan body, fluted shape.
1937-1950's.
Notes: The name "Doric," in actuality, refers to the
faceted or fluted shape of these items, which were designed to
accompany and compliment both Econo-Rim and Morwel. Including
"Adobe," five colors were produced, and were Syracuse's
only entry into the "refrigerator ware" line of bright,
solid-colored items being produced, most notably by Hall China, at
the time. The line included a coffee pot, teapot, covered sugar (two
sizes), cream jug, creamer, and an ashtray. |
