Pattern Description: Underglaze decal decoration featuring a keyed
border in brown and grey, with "Indian Tree" branches,
blossoms, and leaves. Flowers are a pink-rose color. Body color is
white. Circa 1940's-1950's.
Notes: Also found with blooms in an orange color - "Indian
Tree" is arguably the most popular decoration ever applied to
both commercial and domestic dinnerware, dating back to the 19th
Century. |
