Body Color:
White
Decoration: Pink
Pattern Description: Shadowtone decoration of fish and aquatic
foliage in pink on white body. 1950's.
Notes: One of the most collectible Shadowtone patterns, produced in
monochrome and vivid multicolor. Named "Deep Sea Fish" by
Syracuse, and identified as Shadowtone # 18. The name of this
pattern likely has its origins in the name "Deep Sea
Gardens," given to a series of hand-painted service plates by
Harry Aitken, produced in the early 1900's. |
