Pattern Description: Art Nouveau transfer print border decoration,
featuring a continuous, serpentine vine of daisy-like blooms, with
small, heart shaped leaves. All decoration in blue-green (teal) on
white body. Circa 1930's-1940's.
Notes: The name "Chelsea" comes to us from Syracuse China.
The Syracuse version of this pattern was produced in color: rust and
tan blooms with leaves in green tones. |
