Body Color:
Tan
Decoration: Black, rust
Pattern Description: A single, decorative band measuring
approximately ½", and featuring geometric designs in black and
rust on a tan, "Inca Ware" body. 1930's-1940's.
Notes: Another of the many Native American art-inspired designs
applied to tan-bodied china. Used alone, as an accent, or mixed with
other designs - all create a striking table setting. Mayer produced
a similar, though less detailed version of this pattern, called:
"Aztec." Both patterns are hard to find and much
sought-after! |
