brown lines over-painted on ivory body. 1940's-1950's.
Notes: Another of Mayer's "Hand Painted" patterns. La Mure
can be found with the "Ivory" and "True Ivory"
backstamps. It has been reported that this pattern was used by the
Baker Hotels. We have yet to find photographic evidence or a backstamped piece to
confirm this. |
