Restaurants and Cafés - Carousel

Though
it is indeed possible that this decoration belonged to the Carousel
Casino of Las Vegas Strip fame, lettering and logo designs do not
match those on any of the casino chips, print ads, or ashtrays we
have been able to view. We have noted the existence of a number of
restaurants with the name "Carousel," so thought it best
to place this piece here, and not in the Casino category, until it's
identity can be confirmed to a certainty.
Pastel pink & turquoise crest, with a pink line at the rim.
White body.
